Warranty Support

If a product purchased from Orbital Africa develops a fault, we will help confirm its warranty status and coordinate the appropriate next step.

Before you contact us

Please have the following information ready:

  • Invoice, receipt, or purchase-order reference.
  • Product name, model, and serial number.
  • A clear description of the fault and when it began.
  • Photos, videos, error messages, or troubleshooting steps where relevant.

How the process works

  1. Contact us with the purchase and product details.
  2. Our team reviews eligibility and may guide you through basic diagnostics.
  3. If required, we arrange inspection or provide return instructions.
  4. The product is repaired, replaced, credited, or referred to an authorized service centre according to the applicable warranty terms.

Warranty coverage

Warranty periods and remedies vary by manufacturer, product, and sales agreement. The manufacturer's warranty and the terms stated on your quotation, invoice, or contract apply. Warranty service does not automatically include on-site support, temporary replacement equipment, data recovery, transport, or installation unless confirmed in writing.

Common exclusions

Warranty coverage generally does not apply to accidental or liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, improper installation, electrical surges, unsuitable operating conditions, consumables, normal wear, removed serial numbers, or faults caused by software, malware, or external equipment. Final eligibility is determined under the applicable warranty.

Protect your data

Back up and remove confidential data before submitting storage devices, computers, or other data-bearing equipment. Warranty diagnostics or repair may require resetting, formatting, or replacing a device. Orbital Africa cannot guarantee preservation of data during service.
